No POP at school! 

In keeping with the Ministry of Education Guidelines for healthy dietary choices in schools, pop, slurpees and sugar infused energy drinks are prohibited at A.D. Rundle. If a student is in possession of the above mentioned beverages, they will be confiscated.

Students who are already attending ADR do not need to re-register.  Click on the links below, for a printable PDF copy of the registration form you require for September entry.

 PLEASE NOTE:  Space may be limited.  Registrations are accepted on a "First Come First Serve" basis, with preference extending to students residing within the ADR catchment area.  Proof of Residence (Driver's License or current Utility Bill), along with copies of your child's Birth Certificate and Custody Order (if applicable) are required upon registration.

ALL COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS WILL BE REVIEWED BY MR. FEHLAUER, OUR VICE-PRINCIPAL, ONCE SCHOOL RESUMES.  PLEASE CONTACT MR. FEHLAUER BY PHONE OR EMAIL ON OR AFTER SEPTEMBER 7TH.

$25.00 - Student Association Fee:  This fee is mandatory for all students and should be paid before participation in optional activities and fieldtrips.

$10.00 - Method Book: This fee is for the instruction book which some Band Students purchase to keep.

$20.00 - Athletic Cost: This cost applies to students who have (or will) participated in one or more team sports during this school year.  This subsidizes the cost of bussing, athletic association fees, referees and tournament entry fees.

$35.00 - Yearbook: This is an optional purchase.  All outstanding fees must be paid  and all textbook and library accounts must be  cleared up prior to receiving  a Yearbook.

$2.00 - PAC: This is an optional donation to your ADR Parent Advisory Council.  As a parent or guardian of an AD Rundle student, you are automatically a member of our Parent Advisory.  Please see your school calendar for a list  of meeting dates and times.

Please remember, all fees are now due and student accounts should be cleared before participation in optional fieldtrips.  If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact Mrs. Molsberry at 604-792-4257 to work out a payment schedule.  Thank you!

  • Hems of shorts and skirts must fall below the fingers when the student is standing up straight with their hands at their sides.
  • Tank top straps must be at least 2 fingers in width. No spaghetti straps.
  • Undergarments are NOT to be visible at any time...  no exposed underwear bands, no bra straps
  • No hats, headscarves, bandannas or head-wear
  • T-shirts must be free of profanitiy, inappropriate sexual pictures or references, no drug or alcohol references, etc...
  • No revealing clothing
  • No bare midriffs

Students who violate the ADR dress code will be required to change into an appropriate outfit immediately.

HONEY POT:  Each Tuesday & Thursday morning, the cafeteria is open to all students for BREAKFAST BY DONATION

BUBBA's BISTRO:  Healthy Lunch Specials are available daily in the school cafeteria for $4.25  each.  LUNCH PUNCH cards are available for purchace at the school office...  $42.50 for 10 lunches or $80.00 for 20 lunches.  CASH ONLY!  Please bring exact change.  The Cafeteria Program is run by Ms. Nevokshonoff and her Cafeteria students.  Full Cafeteria service will begin in mid-September.  Remember to bring a lunch & snacks for the first few weeks of school!

WE CARE:  At ADR we recognize that the rising cost of goods & serivces along with a down-turn in our economy has become a burden for some of our families.  In partnership with Correction Service of Canada, ADR is proud to offer the WE CARE program.  If you are experiencing financial harship and would like ADR to provide a free lunch for your child, click here to download our WE CARE permission form.  Return this form to the school office.

NUTRITION BREAK: The Aborginal Department has snacks available to students of Aboriginal decent.

FEES FOR BUS SERVICE

September 2010

School_BusAll riders must pay for Transportation; this service will be provided for registered riders to and from catchment area schools and special routes approved by the Superintendent.  Families will be charged a fee for this service based on $200.00 per child to a maximum of $600.00 per family. Payment will not be accepted at AD Rundle.

All riders must register or re-register through the Transportation Department. A letter has been mailed to all current registered, in-catchement riders with details on payment including information on the secure on-line credit card payment system. Payments will be collected at the School District office located across from the Chilliwack Airport on Airport Road (off Young).  If you receive your letter and would like to pay online please visit https://ereg.sd33.bc.ca. You must have your letter, a MasterCard or Visa, and a valid email address to continue.

If your child is a current School Bus Rider but you did not receive a letter, please visit https://ereg.sd33.bc.ca to complete the Secure Online Transportation Request Form.

All student riders who are new, who are transitioning or who did not receive a letter by mail MUST REGISTER in order to confirm a seat for September 2011.
