In keeping with the Ministry of Education Guidelines for healthy dietary choices in schools, pop, slurpees and sugar infused energy drinks are prohibited at A.D. Rundle. If a student is in possession of the above mentioned beverages, they will be confiscated.

ADR Intramurals

 

Our Intramural Program runs at lunch time throughout the year. We have four main activities, one per term.
Any students are welcome and participation and fun are the basis for these activities.
 
Term 1 - Indoor Soccer
 
Term 2 - 3-on-3 Basketball
 
Term 3 - Team Dodgeball (10 vs 10)
 
Term 4 - Floor Hockey (RIFHL)
